how can I move this image/container over to the edge of this Bar I cant find the settings?
I really need to know how to move any container right or left in the bar.

But, in general, the Header Builder functionality is based on the CSS Flex Layout. So I suggest that you read this article to know more about the Flex Layout.
Also, regarding your question, the Flex End is the way to set the contents to go to the right section of the screen.
