Enclosing shortcode

Hi there,

I have created a page of multiple sections.

Some of the content visitors will need to authenticate themselves with a registered number.

To accomplish this we got short codes from the vendor and they work properly.
However with Cornerstone they don’t in the following situation:

We’ve added a opening shortcode above a section. 3 sections lower we added the closing shortcode.

The problem is that the opening shortcode works fine as long as the opening and closing shortcode are within the same section. If the opening and closing short code are in different sections - it doesn’t work.

How can we solve this?

Hey @TheDude,

Your setup is not allowed because Cornerstone elements are shortcodes themselves so you can’t put the start and end of your shortcode separately. You need to add it as a whole in a Raw Content or Text element.

Thanks.
