In the meantime, make sure that you’re fully updated including your X theme & Plugins. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
If you’re fully updated, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do that by disabling your all 3rd party plugins. If that resolves your issue, you can then enable one plugin at a time to identify which plugin causes the issue.
