I did some customization to the layout of my portfolio a while ago. I now want to enable filters, but do not know how to turn them on. What do I need to do to enable filters? Thanks!

Please edit your portfolio page, and make sure the Disable Filtering option is not check
Now if that did not resolve the issue, then yes more likely its your customization that caused it. Please recall all customization you did with regards to the portfolio page. My best guess is you remove the line that output the landmark in the file wp-header.php under child theme’s \framework\legacy\cranium\headers\views\integrity directory.
If that is the case, then you can put the line of code below on the bottom of the wp-header.php file.
<?php x_get_view( 'integrity', '_landmark-header' ); ?>

Thanks so much for your reply. I checked the page and “Disable Filtering” is not selected. I also looked in wp-header.php and the code is there. Any other help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you for the credentials but that account has no access to your child theme files. If you would not mind please provide us FTP credentials too.

Thanks for updating in! The issue because you have turn off or disabled the page title of the portfolio page. You can check it in the Page Settings. And the filter will be displayed right below the title of the page which can be found in the landmark header. I also found out that you have inserted invalid code in the _landmark-header.php. Thanks so much for your reply. I updated the code in _landmark-header.php. I also made sure the page title is enabled (see image). However, the filters still aren’t showing. Any idea what else could be wrong?

I have inspected the landmark-headerp.hp file and corrected the issue. It is now showing on the page. Please also keep in mind that you have added some custom css that have change the location and appearance of the filter.
