Email form not working only on mobile browser

Just set up a form on my side, but it only works on desktop browsers, it’s not working on mobile, tested Android or iOS, Chrome and Safari.

You can test here: https://usemoti.com/

Just stop to work on Desktop browsers.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, Please ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone, and Extensions (Email Forms) (Version Compatibility).

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

If you confirm that you’re fully up to date, please do a test for a plugin conflict (especially a security plugin). You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Disabled the plugins , and start to work again, I’ll start one by one to found which is causing the problem.

Glad that you have found the problem cause. Thank you.

Just found that the bad guy is : WP Cerber Security Plug-in.
Do you have any recomendation ?

Hi there,

We’re not fully familiar with your security plugin and we can’t recommend any workaround. It’s best to contact the plugin author to see what’s going on. It’s probably blocking the requests, they may able to trace the issue in their plugin.

Or just disable the security plugin and use similar plugin.

Thanks!

@Rad what’s the way that e-mail connects to MailChimp, it’s using AJAX ?

Hi there,

It’s utilizing the PHP cURL or similar. The AJAX is only applicable for browsers and javascript. The connection between your site and Mailchimp is internal to your server and only possible with PHP.

Thanks!
