Editing with Pro resulting in blank page

When I click on “Edit with Pro” from posts or pages, I’m now getting a blank white page with a solitary “Add Media” button run the upper-left-hand corner of the page. I first got notice that things were awry when a content user was adding a new blog post and reported getting an error message with something to do with “conflict on the front end”. Sound like this “Edit with Pro” worked until this error started and now it’s not loading at all.

Looking in the console…I’m getting a message that says “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”

What I’ve already done:

  1. upped the max limits in the wp-config.php file
  2. added a https reference to the .htaccess file (thinking it may have been related to a switch to https - but that happened awhile ago).

Hi There,

I have investigated your site and the theme seems working working. Its just that something is preventing the Pro Panel and the Pro editor from loading. it seems that a 3rd party is causing this issue. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exist, please re install Pro theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install Pro Theme (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

Hope this helps.
