Edit Demo Pages w Cornerstone

I installed theme X, cornerstone and the Education demo (the one showing the Windcrest HighSchool), but I don’t see an option to use cornerstone to edit the demo pages, I can only use cornerstone to create new pages. How do I use cornerstone to edit the pages on the Education demo? … this is what my site looks like right now: http://uplifted.xyz/

Please make sure that Pages is selected and turned on under X > Settings > Permission > General.

Everything looks to be already turned on (see image). What else do you suggest?
