E&P Form Builder breaks with Pro Editor

Hi Themco,

I built a form using E&P, everything works fine on the plugin side, as well as when I insert a shortcode directly into a page, there is no problem.

However, as soon as I try to insert a shortcode for an E&P Form into the pro editor it completely breaks. I will attach a link and an image to show you what is happening.

Thanks in advance, let me know if there is anything I can do in order to directly include forms using the pro editor.

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website and can see the layout issue. I tried looking in dev tools but don’t see any error message there. Have you tried testing for plugin conflict which can be done by deactivating all plugins and if it solves the problem, to narrow down reactivate one at a time.

Hello Prasant, thanks for your help.

I just tried deactivating all of the plugins (all except for E&P Forms), and the problem persists. I don’t think it is a plugin interference issue.

Hi Francisco,

It’s a conflict between v2 element and the way E&P form loads its resources (it checks the existence of the shortcode first which isn’t accessible from v2 element. I went ahead and added a classic raw element and it should be working now.

Thanks for the help! using a classic element worked.

The Pro Editor still displays the broken form, but once you save it it works just fine.
