E-commerce error

I am having upload issues when trying to upload products and only seeing a logo versus the product image. I contacted my host - HostGator because the site is not secure. They looked at the site and found there are 2 soft failures uploaded onto site with non-secure URLS.

They asked me to go to whynopadlock.com and type in the URL or domain name. I uploaded a screenshot of those results. I also went and added the Insecure Content Fixer plugin. But still, I want to have your opinion and seek your technical assistance.

I want to be able to upload any products onto my E-Commerce store with ease as well as have a fully secure transaction process. I’d appreciate you help!!

Please install and activate this plugin:

After that replace all the http://bkwares.com/ URLs with https://bkwares.com/.

Hi,

I added the plugin but there are other features that they are asking for and I wasn’t sure about (or scared) risking the functionality of my site. Will doing this solve my problem? I know it says that once I activate then be sure to back up my site before implementing the better search replace option.

Before I do this I wanted to also ask, (see attachment) on the page should I put in the website first and then the correct way it should be written. Then for every other page I have (example (https://bkwares.com/about), should I do the same thing? Just want to make sure that this is correct.

Because I don’t understand what it means by select tables and all of that.

Unfortunately that falls outside the scope of support we can offer. To avoid any issues, I suggest you to copy the website to a staging server and test the process along with Better Search and Replace plugin using the tutorial shared. In case any issues comes up, same can be looked at without affecting the website. Once the process is over, you can run the same on the production/live website.
