I have just moved my site to X and I would like to have a step-by-step guide how to duplicate the /nonprofit demo, using my own images, text, colours etc.

Once you have installed the demo content, you can edit the page with Cornerstone and also the Revolution Slider and replace the text and images with your own. If you have no first hand experience with Cornerstone, these knowledge base could help:
