Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you’re using an older version of Pro theme. Could you please try updating it first and see if that resolves your issue. You can see the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
If that does not help, make sure to disable any CSS minifications on your site and test for a plugin conflict by disabling your 3rd party plugins.
Make sure to purge your server cache before testing your site.

I disabled all plugins and the submenu worked correctly:
Please disable all plugins and enable them one by one and test the case to find the plugin that is causing the issue and avoid using it.
By the way, I enabled all the plugins and you need to double check and deactivate the ones that you do not want.
