Drop down bar and parallax image with buttons

Dear Friend,

I am trying to mimic the look and feel of this site:

Can you direct me to where I can get instructions for the drop down bar at the top as well as the parallax image with the buttons on the image…

PS I am editing with the PRO version
PSS Also, If you have anyone that can create this layout and I could go in and customize it. That would be awesome and I would entertain paying someone.

In the sample website you have shared I don’t see any dropdown bar. Can you please clarify/elaborate the feature you are looking for?

For this you can use section background feature in content builder. To help you get started, I have recorded a screencast that you can take a look. To lean more about options available in sections, please refer following tutorial:
