I found an outdated video at this location (https://themesupport.net/x-theme-wordpress-videos/) which explains how to download theme content from the demos on the x theme site. Can you still download this content through the updated theme.co site?

With regard to your original question, you cannot download or rather you don’t have to download demo content as you can generate them under X -> Overview section. Refer to the following guide for more information (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-demo-content/56).
