Where do we download templates from your site?

If you are talking about themes then you can download it from apex dashboard.
Login to your apex account you will find the download link.
If you are talking about predesign templates. For X it can be found in your website dashboard -> X-> Validation
Learn about Demo content here.
For Pro, it can be found in the design cloud.
