Domain name transfer - Cornerstone no longer working

I changed the URL address of my site. Now when I try to use Cornerstone it just redirects me to a WP login page, in which my login doesn’t work. How do I get cornerstone working again?

I have concerns that the url the site is based on is the desired one - and matches the url input for the plugin.

Can I still proceed mapping the old site to the existing one?
