Thank you for writing in, yes I saw a lot of X and Pro sites using wp-rocket.
But to play it safe, please exclude these files from being combined and minified. These files are theme files and already minified and optimize so there is no need to re-minify it again and it may cause an issue if you do.
/wp-content/themes/pro/framework/dist/js/site/x.js
/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/cs.*.js
/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist/js/site/cs.*.js
/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/cs-vendor.*.js
