Display error cornerstone

Hi,
I have a problem: cornerstone don’t display the devices icons when I go in section -> customize -> Hide During
Breakpoints.
Buttons are there, I can click them, but I can’t see what I click.

Strange thing is in a demo import I’ve made (which you can see here: https://www2.kelyan.it/servizi/) there are different kinds of sections, created with some other classic element (I can’t understand which one) that displays the different devices icon correctly.

Do you know what I can do?

Hello Valentina,

Thanks for reaching out.

Demo contents are created using classic elements that also includes classic sections. In V2 elements if you are not seeing the Breakpoint icons, please try out following solutions:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Hi Prasant,
I’ve tried to deactivate the plugins and now it appears this way: https://www2.kelyan.it/
I can’t even log in anymore.
I have a backup from yesterday, should I go back there?

Hi Valentina,

Upon checking your page further, I can see the following error on the console log.
Blocked loading mixed active content

See secure note below for detailed information.

Did you change your site to HTTPS recently ? Please check the following resource and see if that helps (https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-fix-the-mixed-content-error-in-wordpress-step-by-step/).

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi! No, the https is there since the beginning… It is really strange! Do you think I can go back to previous state?

Hi Valentina,

You can try restoring the previous version and it should load the previous state. Make sure to clear all caches when testing, by following the guide mentioned above.

Also you may try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can find anything on your error logs.

Thanks!

Hi,
The hosting provider didn’t set the backup, so right now I can’t access to the backend of the website neither I can just “go back”.
I have a updraftplus backup which I hope I can upload through FTP, let’s see… I’m just afraid of losing everything since I can’t access the backend anymore.

Hey @Kelyan,

Please login to your FTP account then rename the plugin directory to check if you can login to your WordPress dashboard again:

  • Rename /wp-content/plugins/ to /wp-content/plugins.olds/

Let us know how it goes!

Hi, I’ve done it but nothing happens :frowning:
