Design Cloud assets missing

I’m a pro user, but there are no assets in my template manager. Where can I download these? Thanks!

You can access Design Cloud from Template Manger. Here’s a screenshot.

If you are not seeing design cloud templates, please try ut following solutions:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks for the information. I have logged in and I can confirmed that the Design Cloud and the Search field on the right side is not showing in your site. There is a JS error on the page. This could be a conflict or some files were corrupted. Please re install Pro theme. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62) to re install Pro theme.

This can be something from SiteGround. It seems that the SVG icons were prevented to display. Somewhat related to this thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/i-am-missing-icons-in-the-editor/63434

Could you please turned off HTTPS Enforce within SiteGround panel?
