Demo Theme Construction Instructions?

The title basically says it all.
Is there a resource somewhere that provides instructions on how the demo sites are constructed?

The reason I’m asking is, I don’t want to install or use the entire demo site found here: http://demo.theme.co/auto/ But, there are parts of it that I would like to replicate.

For instance, on the home page, there are a few sections where there’s a parallax image visible in about 2/5 of the background and a container that fills the other 3/5 with a solid color slides onto the page on scroll. I would like to achieve a similar layout, but with other additional customizations to the site that prevents me from just installing the demo. I’ve attached a picture of my example below. If there’s no tutorial you can link to, can you provide the essential steps on how to achieve this kind of layout? Thank you.

Hi @Zaepian

Thanks for writing in! You can use use template manager to export/import templates through X/Pro themes. If you have a staging site where you generate a copy of full demo content, and then you can use the template manager to save template files from specific pages. Then you can import them to your other site, that you’re working on.

Please review our detailed guide available on the knowledge base section here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/template-manager/20364).

Hope that helps.
