Morning,
I am after support for my website, I’m trying to import the ‘app’ extended demo to get some base design worked out. It fails every-time with a generic error.
I have tried emptying the cache, upping the PHP memory limit and also following all the troubleshooting on your knowledge base article, but have had no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for asking. 
I tried to import the demo content and can see following error message:
X Demo Importer failure {message: "We're sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.", debug_message: "cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 112204 out of 220895 bytes received", debug: null} https://screencast.com/t/rEklOCxM26C
To resolve kindly read the article below regarding the problem:
It is for the product validation but the same cURL error is happening for you which you need to contact your hosting service provider to whitelist.
