Demo Content Import - Slider Banner not Carrying Across, Menu toward bottom that then sticks to top not importing?

Hi, having an issue getting integrity 1 demo content implemented?

Had assumed this would work as per all other demo imports I’ve used where I get a version of of your demo: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/ in this case, integrity; on my site.

Most of the menu styling seems absent, the revolution slider hasn’t come across, imagery aside, all of these other elements should come through, correct? http://marsweb.com.au/6370/ This is the staging platform I’m working on, so you should be able to see what I mean here.

Have tried a completely fresh install, and now I’m having trouble even getting slider revolution to load in before I do a demo install? What is happening!

Hi There,

Our Standard demos do not offer content but placeholders instead.

The placeholder images which appear on your site should be replaced with your own images following the size guidelines.

The weird black menu which is different from what you have on the original demo, is due you having UberMenu activated.

Revolution Slider can be installed on Wp Admin > X >

If you are facing issues, please provide your login credentials in a secure note.

The Slider template does not come with the demo, but you can download a wide range of templates from the link below. The Slider of Integrity 1 was created based on Fantasy posters template available on the link below.

Hope it helps!

Hi Joao,

Yes I’m aware the placeholder images come through instead of the ones used on the demo, that’s fine.
I’ve done a new demo install, only activating rev slider prior to doing the demo install here: https://customclothing.marsdesign.com.au (details in secure note)

Haven’t used the menu plugin or any others, so wondering why I still don’t have the sticky menu? Still just a little concerned that the demo content isn’t seeming very easy to implement.

Hey there,

When I checked, your nav bar is sticking. Please clear your browser cache then test again.

Regarding the slider, yes, it is a bit tricky as you’ll need to learn how to use Slider Revolution and that is also recommended if you’re going to create sliders of your own like when you’re using our standard demos. Please see https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ for the documentation.

Once you’ve setup a slider, to put it on top of the menu or navbar, edit your page, and select your slider in Slider Settings: Above Masthead. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/meta-options-pages/144 for more details.

You might want to try our Expanded demo which offers complete contents.

Thanks.

I gave the instruction in the previous reply.

Let me break it down with screenshots.

  1. Create a slider.

  1. Edit your page

  1. Scroll down til you see Slider Settings: Above Masthead and select the slider you created.

Since your navbar or “menu” bar already is already set to Fixed Top, it is already sticky. It sticks now upon scrolling and will stick when you scroll past the slider after you’ve completed the setup above.

Only a slider created with Slider Revolution or Layerslider can be added above and/or below the masthead or navbar (menu bar).

Thank you.
