I have successfully install the them and activated it. Then once I get to the option to setup demo content the Agency demo fails every time. I have used this theme successfully for other clients and the process was smooth, is there an issue with the theme I need to fix?

The link you included at the end saying make sure my firewall isn’t blocking “http://themeco-demo-content.s3.amazo%26hellip/” comes back it can’t be reached. Are you saying that’s from my mac or a firewall issue with iPage my hosting provider? This is my first time using iPage and I’ve been having issues with many of the themes.
