Default header templates not showing

Hello,

My default header templates ( stater hero, stater: fixed left etc…) not showing anything.
is there anything to update.

All the design cloud templates showing fine but no more default templates.

Thanks for asking.

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

@Prasant Thanks for your reply.

I tried but no result, i was thinking at early stage i installed the design cloud modules. before that i should install the header pack but it disappear when i installed the design cloud items.

So no issue i backup and install from another site. Its working now.

Perhaps there was an issue with the site’s cache or the site’s setup but glad to hear it’s sorted now.
