Customizer doesn´t load the preview frame

Hi,

since one of the last updates I can´t see a live preview frame when I open the Customizer.
I only see the “X” in the preview frame. What can be the reason for this? I never had this problem before.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for writing in!

I see you have Pro Theme licence but you are using latest version X Theme and Cornerstone. Looks like you converted to Pro licence but using X Theme. That’s fine, not an issue.

As Theme Options panel is not working, please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
