Customize, theme options and theme validation page not loading after manual theme update

Hi,

My website url is: http://stjohn23school.org
I performed a manual update of my theme X using FTP by following the guide here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62

After updating, I am getting white screen when i try to Customize by going to Appearance -> Customize
I am also getting white screen when I try to validate Theme license, X -> Validation page looks funky and when enter license code and press enter i am getting white screen

I have already tried increasing php memory limit but that didnt help

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked and it’s due to the outdated cornerstone, please update cornerstone plugin as well. Or, you can simply deactivate it and delete it, then go to validation section and wait for it to install the compatible cornerstone. The validation area isn’t blank, it just doesn’t have styling and non-working script due to the active incompatible cornerstone. Deleting it will make the validation area works.
