Customize Feature Unaccessible

Hi,
I’m trying to fix a logo problem I have and I can’t access the customize feature. I click on customize, and then the page just hangs out with the giant X twirling around. The website I’m trying to work on is minervadesigncompany.com

I tried browsing from an Incognito webpage as another post suggested, but it didn’t work.

Please don’t use Customizer. X Theme has it’s own Theme Options panel that can be accessed from X > Theme Options. https://cl.ly/001C171T0E0y

You can access logo option from X > Theme Options > Header > Logo Image

Hi. Thank you for your quick reply. That’s the other part of my problem. When I click on > X on the left panel, I don’t get a drop down panel. I come to the screen in the image you sent me, but no drop panel to even be able to click on Theme Options. I’m running the latest version of X Theme… 6.0.4

So how can I fix this? Thank you.

Hi there,

You have the updated version of X but the Cornerstone is quite outdated being version 1.2.4.

Kindly update Cornerstone as well to the latest version to avoid incompatibilities.
