Custom URL Slug is not working after restore

Hi there,

I’ve backed up my theme x site from one server, and restored it to another.

Everything seems to work, except permalinks. For example, the URL http://900websites.com/pricing-cheap-websites/ doesn’t work with that slug anymore when setup as the Post Name permalink, but it does work as http://900websites.com/?page_id=103 when setup as the Plain Permalink.

I can’t recollect where I set up those custom slugs before or else I would go in and reset those up to see if that solved the issue.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for writing in, let’s try resetting your permalinks, please navigate to Settings > Permalinks choose Post name and save.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
