Custom Links not working in the menu

Hi there again,

Im having another issue since I updated to the current wordpress, I am unable to add a custom menu link to my nav bar ?

I have a few test custom links in my primary menu bot they are not showing up front end.

Can you help please.

This issue might happen because of several cases which I will list here and ask you to follow the steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
  4. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  5. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Hi there, I have followed all instructions and still custom links are not showing up front end.

Also There is no secure note button for me here to press as an option

I have just noticed that my custom link named “contact” is NOT showing on my hone page, however if you click on “Login” tab the “contact” tab is showing on the Login page ???

hi there I have added my details through secure note

Problem solved…I simply deleted the other menu from the menus page.
