CSS not updating in the sidebar

Hi,
I upgraded to pro and now some custom css which I had isn’t working. I pasted it back both in the customizer, as well as in the CSS in cornerstone, but the sidebar still isn’t properly showing.

Why is that?
The problem the CSS solved is that the multiple bullets in the sidebar are supposed to be one under the other instead of one next to the other (you will notice that some of the check-boxes are in the same line. Each check-box should have it’s own line). This is a search plugin called search-and-filter with a shortcode I placed in the sidebar.

The problem here isn’t the plugin, as the css I had fixed the plugin issue and it worked on X, but since the pro upgrade it isn’t working any more.

Thanks,
Alon

The same goes for the posts themselves by the way. I had custom that changed the way posts showed (the image was on the right and the header and excerpt to the left of it). This is now lost as well.

Can you help?

Hey there,

Please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Check your CSS for syntax errors. You can go to http://csslint.net/ to check.

Your website doesn’t load on my end. Please check.

Thanks.
