Right set of library depends on the requirement. Having said that it will require some custom development work to integrate and implement the library into X Theme which falls outside the scope of support we can offer.
I checked couple of libraries and each of them have tutorial to get the same working which you need to take a look. To add the scripts URL into X Theme, you can do so using Child theme or 3rd party plugin.
