Creating page template for a specific page

I need to add some custom PHP for one specific page. The page slug is /help/ and so I’ve tried adding some test text in /framework/views/integrity/wp-page-help.php in my child theme and it doesn’t work. If I add the test text to the main wp-page.php in my child theme it works but this displays on all pages. How does one create a single page template in X/Pro?

I can’t provide you a login as this is running in my local dev environment.
