We are trying to validate the cornerstone but I keep getting this message: “Could not retrieve extensions list. For assistance, please start by reviewing our article on troubleshooting connection issues.” We already tried all the possible solutions listed in your connection article but none of them worked. Can you please help us?

Especially, about the cUrl access. This is completely something related to your hosting service provider. You can move your website to another server or your local machine to see that the listing will be available.

We also disabled all the plugins and updated the plugins to make sure but still nothing worked.

We updated the WordPress to version 4.9.4, Cornerstone Version is 1.2.4 & Theme X VERSION is 4.2.2

We cannot understand what’s the problem here we tried everything we could and followed your instructions but nothing worked. Can you please kindly check whats going wrong here?

Hi There,

If cURL is enabled and if your Firewall is not blocking the requests, try re-installing X theme and Cornerstone plugin again and it should resolve the issue. Probably one of your required files could be missing or corrupted.
