You should contact the support of theme.co and ask them about this.

Hello @tcrox,

Thanks for the information. I have logged in and investigated the issue. It turns out that you are using a very old version of the X theme (4.0.6) and Cornerstone (1.0.5). I have enabled under construction mode and have removed the older version. I wasn’t able to continue uploading the latest version because the PHP Max File Upload size limit is only 2MB. We need to increase the PHP Max File Size so we can upload the latest theme. Please check this out:

Meanwhile, you can download the latest version of theme from your dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard). Log in to your FTP and upload the theme files in your theme’s folder wp-content/themes/x/.

If you would allow us, please provide us your FTP details in a secure note so we can fix this issue for you.

Best Regards.

I just updated the secure note with FTP info. Thanks!

Hi @tcrox,

Thank you for the FTP credentials but it is pointing to an empty directory (not on the Wordpress directory), please check.

To make this quick,

  • Please download the latest version of X from the APEX dashboard.
  • Then ask you hosting to upload that file under \wp-content\themes\ directory and extract it. That should install lastest X on your site.
  • Then activate the X theme (under Appearance > Themes) and it’ll show a notice to install Cornerstone
  • Install and activate the Cornerstone
  • Then navigate to X > Validation and Validate your site

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Ok I was able to get this installed on my end but when I go to validate I am being told:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I thought I had already revoked so can you point me to the best way to achieve this?

Thanks again

Hello @tcrox,

Before you can use the license code to validate a theme, you must assign the license code first to the url where you have installed the theme.

Anyways, I went ahead and assigned the license code already. I have validated your theme in your site as well.

Please log in to your site and check the theme having already validated now.

Yep, it worked. Thank you for all your great support!

You’re welcome!
We’re glad we were able to help you out.
