Cornerstone won’t load for me either, and I’m unable to do the aforementioned steps. Do you guys mind helping me out? Sending a secure note attached to this.

Thank you for writing in, its the plugin Merge + Minify + Refresh is causing the issue, I did go ahead and disable the CSS and JS minification/merging feature of it.
The Cornerstone opens up on my end now, please clear your browser’s cache on your end.
