hi I have been using x and cornerstone for a couple of years and all was well. suddenly couple months ago i cannot delete anything while using cornerstone. I began investigating and realized im using outdated versions. when trying to update either x or cornerstone they say “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.” this is very frustrating. I logged in to my themeco acct and downloaded a zip file with version 6.4.6 but it just downloads to my pc and sits as a file. im not sure how to open it and upgrade. can you assist

Are you updating from an older version of X prior to version 5? If so, you will have to Revoke the validation and update X manually then validate the site again.
Here are the steps in Revoking a license:
If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.
