Cornerstone will not load after updated X and Cornerstone

I just updated X and Cornerstone for a website that has been running great for a couple of years. After the updates, I can not get Cornerstone to load. Any ideas?

Hi There @IRGmarketing

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your server configurations and I see the following configurations which could be possible causes.

1.Current PHP memory limit is set to 256MB: You can increase your PHP memory limit by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935). Then make sure that it’s updated by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

2.PHP Max script execution time is currently set to 30 seconds. You can follow this guide here (https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time). Also make sure to that your increased values are updated in your server by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

After updating your configurations, make sure to purge your server cache (flush cache) and then try testing Cornerstone editor and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. When trying to edit any page using cornerstone, the cornerstone logo just sits there and lub dubs forever. My PHP Memory Limit is set to 512MB and my PHP Max Script Execute Time to 50000s.

What can I do to get back to editing?

Thanks,
Zach
