Cornerstone visual editor display issue: can't edit content in classic columns

Hi there, I have a classic row and three columns to edit. One of the columns had a content area and a piece of shortcode inserted but the visual editor just won’t display the column. It is visible on the front end however. Is this a bug? I notice that Classic Headlines also don’t show up in the editor. I´m using PRO 2.2.5

Thanks for writing in! You need to check few things first.

1.If you’re using a caching plugin, try purging server cache and re-test your issue.

2.Also try disabling your 3rd party plugins and test your issue again.

3.Make sure that you’re running PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid possible incompatibility issues.

4.Check your PHP memory limit and increase it by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).

5.Check PHP max script execution time and increase if necessary. We recommend 120 or a higher value. You can refer to the following guide (https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-for-wordpress-site/).
