Cornerstone Upgrade Issues

Hi, I upgraded to Cornerstone Version 3.1.3. CS has disappeared from any post. Can you please assist? Thx

Hi there,

We removed the old “Additional Post Types” settings when we built out the new Permissions Manager. You can enable any post types there and customize granular permissions as desired.

Thanks. I have reinstated the permissions, however now CS seem stuck while loading posts and does not progress.

Hi There,

You can install the following plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and then access server information through Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo.

Then check the following information on the screen.

PHP version - We recommend to use PHP v5.6.x or higher
PHP memory limit - 512MiB
Max script execution time - 120 or higher

You can contact your hosting provider to update PHP and increase script execution time. To increase memory limit, you can follow this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).

Hey @Menegazzi,

I opened several posts and Cornerstone loads everytime (see Secure Note). Please clear your browser cache or use incognito mode to check again. Is there a specific post that the issue is happening?

Thanks. I cleared the cache and tried an incognito window as well. Tested the same post you did and still not loading… not sure what else i can do?..

Thanks for updating the thread.

On my end also Cornerstone is working absolutely fine. Please see screenshot in secure note. I see that you are using W3 Total Cache, please clear the cache and load the pages in Cornerstone again.
