Cornerstone refuses to load, spinner continues

Hi I have a new Xtheme just added and it refuses to load the cornerstone builder. I have used it on other websites and am only finding conflict here. The spinner just loads for hours, I have worked through the forum and added the following to wp.config.php however it has made no impact.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

I’ve updated WordPress in your site and that resolved the issue with Cornerstone.
