CornerStone seems to beleive that a certain of or pages has been edited manually, hence it refuses to edit it. However this is not the case, and according to the history the page has not been edited since 2016 .
How do i recover from this?

The most common cause of that is incomplete migration.Have you migrated your site?
Database corruption could also be the cause since Cornerstone’s builder data resides in the database specifically in the post meta.
Either way, the best solution to this would be to revert from a database backup. You can contact your host regarding this process.
