Cornerstone only showing skeleton view and customizer not working

Dear support, I am unable to edit my client’s website liveworkwell.co.uk as Cornerstone keeps giving this error message: ‘Uh oh! An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.’

Also, when I try to open Customizer, it only spins the X logo and won’t open the page. I have custom css but because of this issue, I cannot delete it to see if that’s the problem.

I have deactivated all plugins (but Cornerstone) and reactivated one by one - no plugin seems to be causing the problem. Everything is up to date as per your list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195, and I have followed the advice you’ve given here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/skeleton-view-in-cornerstone/5299/2.

Please can you look and see what’s wrong.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and it seems that there is an on going error 500.

To figure our what is the error all about, please enable the debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

For example:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
