Cornerstone not working - please help

This is an ongoing issue with Cornerstone. I will use it to build out a site and then after a few months it will stop working:
here is a link to original support https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-help-not-loading/44914?u=tbotts

The issue was never resolved. I currently have 2 sites that are experience the exact same issue. Please help me resolve.

I use Xtheme a lot and for various clients, and it is frustrating that this happens to every new site I build. Please help me identify why this keeps happening. Thank you

Hi There @Tbotts

First of all, the login credentials provided for the second site is invalid and also the X theme installed on the second site is not uptodate as well. Please update your X theme accordingly (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

I have installed the following plugin on your first site to check your server configurations (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and see the following possible issues with regard to server configurations. You can see the results by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

  • Your PHP Memory Limit is currently set to 256MB. We recommend PHP memory limit of 512MB to run Cornerstone and your other plugins smoothly. To increase your memory limit, please refer to our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935). If you have already tried to increase your memory limit, that means your hosting provider is not allow to increase this values manually. In such cases, you will have to contact your hosting provider directly or upgrade your hosting plan.

  • PHP Max Script Execute Time is currently set to 30 seconds. We recommend to increase your max script execution time to 120 seconds or a higher value like 300. Please refer to the following guide on how to increase it (https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time). If you have correctly increased it, you should see the updated results when you head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

Try implementing the above changes and re-test your issue again. Make sure to purge full cache before testing (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
