Should be excluded from mod_security rules of your hosting service provider. Kindly give them the information I suggested along with the link below to follow up:
Another possible reason can be the cache plugins which minify the assets such as CSS and JS. Our theme does the minification out of the box and if you use plugins like that, make sure you exclude the Pro Builder related assets from their minification functionalities, or you can turn off the minification of the plugin altogether.
And finally, I suggest that you deactivate all 3rd party plugins and check the case.
