Cornerstone Not Loading Page Contetn

Hello,

Much like a few other users, I’ve logged back into a website after not updating it for a while and the Cornerstone editor has changed completely. I can no longer just click to edit an individual page, it takes me to a screen with all the pages listed under “content” down the left side of the page. Some pages will load the content when I go to edit them, but the one page I need to edit will not load. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the information. Before we are able to follow up in your dashboard I suggest that you follow the steps below:

1. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
4. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
5. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

Kindly get back to us with the result of the tests above and also give us the exact page and steps to recreate the issue. I suggest that you also add a new page for a test and see if the Cornerstone works there.
