Cornerstone not loading after upgrade

With WordPress 4.9.7 and X theme 6.1.6, Cornerstone is not loading on my website here: https://aegeandesignstudio.com. I followed the troubleshooting on this thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-unable-to-load/37401/9 and cleared cache and CDN (cloudflare) but the loading icon keeps spinning. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi There @sleinen

Thanks for writing in! I see that you’re using WP Fast Cache plugin. Could you please try disabling it’s CSS/Javascript minifications, purge server cache and re-test your issue again.

If that doesn’t help, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials along with your FTP credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Thanks, I had the same problem, clearing the cache fixed it.

Unfortunately, the website is now down! This happened with another website using Cornerstone on the same host that I upgraded last week. I’m hoping my host can get my website back up soon and then I will try the WP Faste Cache plugin.

I had to revert to a backup from before I upgraded X theme and Cornerstone. The website is stable and Cornerstone loads with X version 6.0.4 and Cornerstone 3.0.4. At this point, since I’ve had this problem with two x theme websites on this host server, I will hold off the upgrade. Let me know if there is something else I should do.
thanks,

Hi Sleinen,

Sorry that you’re having that issue, but we can’t confirm if the site being down is related to the Theme and Cornerstone issue, if you happen to update again remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Also, please confirm this with your host if your site meets these requirements. Here’s a template letter you can send.

I’m interested in running the open-source WordPress https://wordpress.org/ web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following:

PHP 5.6 or greater
MySQL 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB 10.0 or greater
PHP Memory Limit of 256M (if you’re running a lot of plugins)
Nginx or Apache with mod_rewrite module
HTTPS support

Cheers!
