Cornerstone Not Functioning Correctly

Cornerstone is not letting me add a template to a new page. It tells me yes it is loading and at the same time says it is not going to load.

It has also caused issues with buttons that were not built in the classic button style. The new button formats just show a white dot with no name and when clicked take you the button destination but all the styling for the button itself is gone.

On some pages when I made certain edits in the HTML the entire page content disappears and I have to close it without saving to keep from losing all the content.

Hello @webmst_saut,

Thanks for writing in!

I see multiple X and standalone Cornerstone licence on your account, so it’s a but difficult for me to point out the website in question over here. In that regards please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Please ensure that you are using latest version of X Theme (7.0.4) and Cornerstone (4.0.4).
  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.
