I updated my site but now cornerstone is not activated and when I try it shows fatal error
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Plugin_Base, because the name is already in use in /home2/soulange/public_html/rankworks2/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/plugin-base.php on line 6

Hi There,
Please try to fully delete and reinstall Cornerstone. The easiest way is to delete the plugin, then visit the X Overview page so it reinstalls automatically.
This happens anytime you update over FTP using “replace files” instead of fully deleting the previous version, or via any process outside the WordPress updater that doesn’t fully delete the previous version.
The actual problem is that in some releases we move files. Depending on the FTP client, a “replace files” FTP update doesn’t delete files that no longer exist. So you end up with duplicates which leads to the error.
