Cornerstone license is ​not validated​

Have read some of the other support threads and am having issues updating. Cannot seem to get it to work correctly/validate.

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

I see that you have Pro Theme licence. However, on the website I see you have activated X Theme 4.1 and Cornerstone 1.3. I think you have upgraded licence from X to Pro Theme and have still not uploaded Pro Theme files on website.

Please refer our X to Pro Theme conversion guide and upload Pro Theme files.

Thanks for updating the thread.

Looks like you are running out of memory and there is a need to increase PHP Memory limit. You can do this by editing your wp-config.php file which can be located under the root of your WordPress installation.

Add the following lines into that file.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */
