Cornerstone keeps loading on verdraaidgoed.nl

Hi Guys,
For me too, cornerstone keeps loading… I’ve read multiple entries on the forum and follow the actions, but this doesn’t seem to solve the problem. I’ve checked:

PHP version check
Updated WP and all plugins
Memory limit check 512
Time limit set -->300
htaccess file reset
Plugin conflict test (everything turned off except cornerstone)

Hope you have some advice.

Thanks,
Remco (https://verdraaidgoed.nl)

Hi Remco,

Thanks for writing in! I have tested your Cornerstone by creating a test page and I can confirm the issue. Upon further testing, I can see the following errors on the console log.

Transition Error Object { invalid_user: true, message: "nonce verification failed." }
Rejecting AJAX promiseObject { invalid_user: true, message: "nonce verification failed." }
stack is undefined

Since it is your live site, we recommend you to clone your live site to a staging sever by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126) and provide us with the WordPress and FTP credentials in a secure note, so that we can test this issue further.

Thanks!

Hi,
Would ik be possible to do check it on the live site? It’s not a running webshop or anything, just a informative site. Cloning will take me quite some time (which I don’t directly have).
Thnx

Hello @raddink,

Thanks for updating the thread.

Can you please share FTP login details in a secure note for us to take a closer look?

Thanks.

I’ve shared FTP in a secure note above.
Thanks!

Hey @raddink,

Looks like your FTP credentials works but there’s a problem with the connection. Please check.

Thanks.

Hi,
It’s not clear to me where it goes wrong. Ii’ve just logged on copying the above credentials, everything seems fine…

Hello @raddink,

Another support staff here.

I am also unable to login to FTP using the details shared. There is no issues with the credentials. However upon login it won’t list the directories as Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing is the error message I am also getting. Please see screenshot.

Thanks.

I’ll check with my hoster if there’s a safety measure blocking you. Can you give my your ip so they can whitelist it?

Hi There @raddink

Our staff is located around the globe and most of the ISPs are assigning dynamic IPs. Is it possible to disable your IP restriction temporarily, so that we can look into your issue.

Also in the meantime as we have pushed a new release recently, you can try updating as well. You can check the release notes from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/release-notes-pro-2-1-x-6-1-cornerstone-3-1/33890) and more detailed information on our change log (https://theme.co/changelog/).

Thanks!

Hi,
I’ll ask, but I don’t think they’ll comply. There are other users on the same server and my hoster is very strict on security, so I don’t think they’ll allow anything that could compromise the security of others.
Would it help if I would make an duplicator file?
Thnx,

Hi,

Yes, that would really help.

You can duplicate your site to another server using this third party plugin.

Thanks

I’ve migrated the site to a new environment, X seems to work correctly there. It therefore appears to be a problem in the server-settings or something… I’ll look into that first.

Best regards,
Remco

Hi Remco,

Thanks for testing it on another environment. You can install the following plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) on both setups, then access server information through Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo.

Then compare the following values on both environments.

PHP version
PHP memory limit
Max script execution time

Then you can tweak configurations according to the test environment.

Hope that helps.
