Cornerstone jumps / is jumpy on chrome when scrolling

While working in my staging environment, I noticed that Cornerstone causes my website to jump when scrolling on Chrome which makes the user experience awful. I’m currently on WP 5.1.1., Theme X 6.5.5. and Cornerstone 3.5.4… Any help would be great as to what I can do to negate this issue.

Could you try installing smooth scroll extension? https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-smooth-scroll/86

And then make sure to update your theme to 6.5.5, it still 6.1.5,

But I checked on chrome and I don’t see any jumping, it just doesn’t scroll smooth.
